The iris shutter is ideal for pistol or rifle shooters, who shoot with open adjustment. This replaces the dioptre and improves the focus (depth of field). It is put on the lens-holder from behind to avoid disturbing reflexes in the lens. It can be used for right or left aiming shooters. Iris shutters are available for big and small lensholders.

Tip: First of all you should achieve the right correction for the aiming eye then you can increase the sharpness with the iris shutter.

The centring device is put in front of the lens or the open iris shutter for precise
adjustment of the lenses. The lens then has the optimal adjustment i.e. precisely centred as soon as the sight picture shows a perfectly round target bull. After centring the device is taken off again.

The cover disk covers the non aiming eye so that it is not participating in the aiming
process. This enables the shooter to leave both eyes open. The cover disk is 30 mm wide, can be turned and is available in black, white and transparent.
